Milk-shooting-out-your-nose funny. Warning: contains sound, naughty words, and requires a working familiarity with Internet “discussions”, such like as transpire on various and sundry message boards, forumses, and comment threads. Thank you, Mr. Rowe, for the fine recommendation.
Mac OS X Leopard is awesome. I love it. Apple’s best OS update ever. Better than 6 to 7, better than 9 to X, better than milk to butter, better than John Pertwee to Tom Baker, better than Tinkertoy to Erector. It RULES.
Not too long ago, I was browsing my site logs and found that one of the search terms that had brought people to thornography.net was “how to put yourself in a coma.” Today I found the same thing, but this time people are also here for “how to put yourself in a coma for a few days” and “how to put yourself in a coma at home.” I’m now the worldwide web’s expert on globe luxation, weaponized marshmallows, and self-induced comas. I actually don’t think that Google is responsible for this though, since it suddenly became compatible at exactly the same time I upgraded to to OS X 10.5.1 and, by extension, Safari 3. Now there’s just a couple sites left, and even they technically do work in …

Occasionally it’ll be an “entertainment” show or a “hard news” show, which I find lurid and unbecoming to my delicate and refined sensibilities, but, still, tolerable. Mostly I don’t have much to say or think about the crap that’s on TV: I just duck my head, …
